My stay at the Kimpton Palladian Hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, just a few blocks from Pike Place Market, making it easy to explore the area. However, the rooms felt a bit dark and dated, which detracted from the overall experience. While the staff were pleasant and accommodating, there were some issues that could use improvement.

Rooms

The room I stayed in was clean and spacious for one person, with a flat-screen television mounted nicely. However, it felt quite dark, especially during the Seattle winter days. I was hoping for better amenities, like bathrobes, that weren't provided.
Service

The staff were friendly and eager to assist, responding promptly through text for additional requests. Yet, I encountered one particularly unhelpful receptionist who lacked communication skills when I arrived.

Facility-wise, I appreciated the range of services such as room service and valet parking. However, I found the elevators to occasionally have an odd smell, which was somewhat off-putting.

I had a really enjoyable stay at the Kimpton Palladian Hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my time there. The room was spacious and clean, although I wish it had a bit more storage space. Also, the noise from outside could be distracting at times, but the hotel's location makes it so convenient to explore downtown Seattle.

The service was absolutely excellent! Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, providing excellent recommendations for dining and activities. They even surprised me with a welcome gift basket, which was such a nice touch.
Location

Being so close to Pike Place Market and other major landmarks made exploring the area a breeze. While the surrounding scene had its challenges, the convenience of walking to popular spots was a huge plus.
Dining

The lobby had delicious complimentary apples and drinks, but I found the restaurant's pricing to be a bit steep, especially $65 for breakfast.
Facilities

The hotel offered a range of amenities, including complimentary bikes and a workout room. However, I think the lobby could feel a little cramped.

I enjoyed my stay at the Kimpton Palladian Hotel with its quirky decor and convenient location, but it was marred by a few issues. While the staff was friendly and welcoming, my experience with the check-in process was frustrating. On the upside, I appreciated the evening wine hour and the proximity to attractions like Pike's Market and the Space Needle.

While I liked the amenities like room service and the welcome drink, I expected more from a hotel in this price range. The bar closing early was particularly disappointing after a long day.
